No. The establishment clause was created so that the government can’t tell you what religion you have to be or how you have to practice. This was the whole reason many of our founding fathers even moved from England. Research some history, and it’ll make sense to you.
1. State laws are not federal law, so your point about state-sanctioned anything is pretty moot. 2. Forcing all schools to pray would be wrong. 3. Forcing all schools not to pray would be wrong. And it is wrong. And it’s unconstitutional. The end.
