Paul then says how it was un natural for people do be doing this. The are having sex for their idols when god says people give into desires he's saying people give into the addiction of having sex. In Sodom and Gomorrah two angels appeared to Lot as two travelers. In the custom back then you had to be nice to travelers and give them food and water. Well the people of the city weren't doing that and they were mean to the travelers and wanted to rape them. We can agree rape is bad no matter what

I’m wondering if I missed a previous message that connects to this? It seems sort of disjoint and out of the blue.

God said nothing about an addiction (what would even be defined as “too much” sex? That’s stupid). The desire they gave into was homosexual sex. Women with women, it said this explicitly. There’s no way to logically work around this.

Why are you talking about Sodom and Gomorrah? Nobody here is discussing Sodom and Gomorrah. Rape is bad; yay, I learned something. Seriously, what?
