When people, like me, use wikipedia and then say don't use IRC it's because wikipedia has links like these: esaDOTunDOTorg/unpd/wpp/indexDOThtml or this newsDOTbbcDOTcoDOTuk/1/hi/sci/tech/6219922DOTstm Those aren't counting the literally forty-eight other sources from that page. I made an argument using over 48 sources. The only people who think wikipedia isn't a good resource are people who either have never used wikipedia, never used the internet, or don't understand one of them.

Your argument using all 48 sources that composed the Wikipedia page is really pushing it. Lots of sources are usually irrelevant in a specific argument, and even then, those sources aren’t necessarily unbiased or 100% credible. Quantity does not equal quality. I’m not saying Wikipedia isn’t useful. It’s certainly not the be-all, end-all you seem to think it is, though.
