Yes, the UK does have free birth control on the NHS. Those people you're complaining, who are getting it for "free"? They're still paying sky high health insurance: they're just getting what they pay for.

Right.
But in addition to that, all governments/bureaucracies are notorious for bungling things up and providing much lower quality service than a private company could do for the same price. Capitalism and the free market works, people. Even China is catching on to this.
