(But no, because “yom” used in combination with the rising and setting of the sun, and “yom” used with a quantified number, is always a literal day. No exceptions. Plus, if this were the case, every other usage of yom in the Bible would mean a long expanse of time. And observing the Sabbath day would be pretty hard.)
