You do know the definition of autonomous right? It has nothing to do with the ability to suck ones thumb, feel emotion, or pain, right?

They suck their thumb independently. They feel emotion and pain independently, with their own brains.
If you’re implying any living human being only deserves human rights if they can live on their own, explain assisted living. Explain children needing caretakers. Explain hospitals. Please do.
